Park City Utah’s first real estate iPhone app is available as a free download from the App Store.

            Search “Park City Real Estate” in the App Store and download the app.

            This app will use the GPS from your phone to locate and map the homes around your current location. Just hit the “Homes Near Me” button.

            In the “More Options” button you can designate your search radius, property type (default is homes, change if you’d like to see condos), price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, size etc. Hit the blue “Search” button. Touch a house for a quick view or hit the blue arrow for more detailed info.

            See photos, descriptions, price, etc. You can even Email it to friends, Tweet it, Text it, or add it to Facebook.

            It is still a work in progress, we appreciate your feedback. Android and Motorola platforms are on the way soon!
