Hideout Canyon

Hideout Canyon's semi-private Outlaw Golf Club (hole #6 pictured above) is scheduled to open the Fall 2009. The front nine is complete and the back nine holes are well underway. This luxury master planned community has custom homesites, turn-key designer cabins, townhomes and condos. On July 22, 2008 Hideout Canyon became Utah's 245th city which should give it the ability to bypass the county zoning ordinances in favor of its own.

Fantastic views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Ski Resort are truly the reason to own property or a home here. The area is just minutes from Park City.

Unlike many of the other golf course communities in the Park City and Deer Valley area, Hideout plans to have its golf course as a stand-alone entity. Owning property in Hideout Canyon does not include club membership and the HOA will have no course ownership. This will allow Hideout Canyon owners to enjoy the beauty of the area without the possible financial burden of a golf club.
