Courchevel at Deer Valley

The Courchevel condominiums at Deer Valley Resort are a 27-unit subdivision in the Lower Deer Valley area of Park City, UT. This small development, built in 1985, is a collection of one bedroom condominiums, with a handful of models that have expanded loft spaces on the top level of the buildings. The condominiums vary in size from about 800-1,000 square feet, which offers ample space in a one bedroom as a vacation getaway for up to 4 people. Many owners rent their Courchevel condos on a nightly basis during the ski season.

 

Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park base area is walking distance from the Courchevel condos, and Park City’s free shuttle service stops out front for easy access to Main Street and all that Park City offers. Courchevel real estate has heated underground parking and ski storage lockers for all of the condos as well.

 

Courchevel Deer Valley does not offer space for hot tubs and does not have any common area amenities nor does it offer elevator access to the upper floors. These minor misgivings are offset by low HOA fees and the great location of the Courchevel real estate.
