Grand Lodge at Empire Pass

The Grand Lodge at Empire Pass is 32 luxury residences next to the Northside Express lift at Deer Valley Resort. The exterior is an impressive combination of stone, timber, weathered copper, and wrought iron. The structure is an impressive visual skiing down from Flagstaff Mountain, one of Deer Valley's most popular areas.
The Grand Lodge has a look and name that lead skiers to believe it houses a public restaurant and large common area, but the converse is true. The Grand Lodge has relatively few common area amenities; owners enjoy a cozy lounge just inside the ski plaza with hot tub and slope side outdoor fire pit. Ski storage lockers and a ski locker room provide a safe space for equipment so as to not have to keep it inside the residences. Note that this area is one floor below the slopes so not quite ideal. The entrance to the Grand Lodge at Empire Pass from the port-cochere is into a relatively small area with a fireplace and on-site concierge; just upstairs is the fitness area, steam room and another outdoor spa. There is abundant heated underground parking for the residences and elevator access at either end of the building. The Grand Lodge has purposely kept its common areas small in order to maximize space in its residences.
The residences are 2 to 6 bedroom models with ski run and valley views ranging from just under 1800 square feet to nearly 3500 square feet. Elegance best describes the finishes within the spacious residences. Large windows take in the views and old world craftsmanship highlights each room. Wolfe and Sub-zero appliances make the kitchens private chef worthy. The Grand Lodge residences are part of the Talisker Club and enjoy full use of the nearby Tower Club and all of Talisker's amenities. The Grand Lodge's true ski-in/ski-out location is its greatest feature.
