The master planned community of Bear Hollow Village Resort was required to offer deed restricted homes to buyers (there are nearly 50 slated with this designation). Many of the most aggressively priced homes in the Bear Hollow are deed restricted and their price can only appreciate 3% per year. The area's proximity to Hwy 224 (access into Park City) and I-80 can be considered both a positive and negative. Local amenities are just beyond walking distance. The community allows for nightly rentals.
