Canyon Links
Canyon Links at Jeremy Golf and Country Club is a community in The Jeremy Ranch neighborhood which is located at the outskirts of Park City, Utah. Construction on this townhome style project began in 2003 with phase one with 56 townhomes. The development of phase two has begun and when completed, will have 33 townhomes bringing the total number of townhomes in Canyon Links to 89.
Canyon Links features beautiful views over the Arnold Palmer designed golf course and country club The Jeremy, a tennis court and a pocket park. There are also some landscaped common areas that take full advantage of the serene vistas over the golf course to the mountains beyond. Nightly rentals are allowed (the Canyon Links at Jeremy Golf and Country Club community is just a few miles from Park City's 3 world class ski resorts) as are pets (with some restrictions). One of the factors that attracted many of the current residents is Canyon Link's great location; 15 minutes to Old Town, Park City, 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, UT and 35 minutes to the Salt Lake International Airport.
The Canyon Links townhomes at Jeremy Ranch have 3 or 4 bedrooms and range in size from 2288 to 2721 sq. ft. They all have an attached two car garage and at least one deck. One of the features to first catch your eye is the quality of Canyon Links interior finishes, granite counter tops, alder doors and base and case and custom cabinetry make these homes upscale with a mountain contemporary feel.
In 2007 the Canyon Links home owners association took control of the first phase of the development. This HOA appears to be very proactive. According to the President of the HOA they have undertaken many projects to improve the community and have established a reserve fund. They also implemented a "community enhancement"Â fee. This is a $1,000 fee charged to buyers that is dedicated to improving the common area. When considering the purchase of real estate in the Snyderville Basin area of Park City, Canyon Links at Jeremy Golf and Country Club is worth a look.
