If you are looking for “Green Built” homes in the Park City Real Estate Market these brand new Old Town homes are a must see. Construction is well under way on the first two homes so you can really get a feel for the layout. You can also see where the other five homes will be built. It looks as if construction on them will be underway as the homes currently being built are sold or when one of the other homes go under contract.  According to the plans the Echo Spur homes for sale will range in size from around 2700 square feet to almost 3500 square feet. The two that are currently under construction will have 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are also plans for 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms homes. In the Echo Spur homes the developer is using solar, super insulation technologies and other strategies to build homes that meet the HERS standards thus reducing the homes impact on the environment and minimizing the owner’s utility bills. If built according to their plans the homes will also collect rain water for irrigation. The developer’s goal is to earn LED, HERS and ENERGY STAR certifications upon completion of the construction.

These homes are perched atop Rossi Hill on the border of Park City. All of the homes will have views into the Historic District of Old Town and most will have stunning views to Deer Valley’s Empire Pass area.

Because of the location on the hill it is an easy walk in to the shops, restaurants and galleries on Historic Main Street but the walk back is a bit more challenging.
