Fox Point at Redstone

The Fox Point at Redstone community consists of over 200 condominiums in the Kimball Junction real estate neighborhood of Park City, Utah. Fox Point sits near the entrance to Park City near the junction of Interstate 80 and Highway 224 (the main artery into Park City).
Built from 2002 to 2004, the community is made up of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse and stacked condominiums. The condominiums in Fox Point at Redstone range in size from 974 to just under 1500 square feet and include a one or two car garage.
Fox Point is bordered by the Swaner Nature Preserve to the south and the Redstone commercial center to the north. This makes the area a great walking community offering shopping, dining, and entertainment on one side while providing recreational opportunities on the other side. Beyond the 850 plus acres of the Swaner Nature Preserve (a beautiful piece of Park City real estate that will not be developed) lie Park City's three ski resorts. The Canyons Resort is less than 2.5 miles away with Park City Mountain Resort just 3 miles further to the south; Deer Valley (Ski Magazine's #1 rated resort in North America (2007/2008)) is less than 8 miles away. Park City's bus transit system can easily get you into Old Town without the need for a car.
Nightly rentals are allowed at Fox Point. Furniture packages were sold with many of the original sales and are often included in the sales price when units are resold. The finishes are mountain contemporary and few units need any updating due to their relatively new feel. Pets are allowed with restrictions for owners but not tenants. Other common area amenities include grassy areas with shade and park benches as well as heated driveways. The HOA is managed by FCS Community Management based in Salt Lake City (435-940-1776).
This is a great new Park City neighborhood that draws real estate investors as well as people that want to live in a walk-able community.
