The Hyatt Centric is made up of 84 condominium units of one, two, three, and four bedrooms. The residences are spread across three buildings at the end of the Escala Court cul-de-sac. The exterior is a combination of mountain stone and rough sawn timbers, heavy trusses, beams and braces reminiscent of the great lodges of a by-gone era. The Wasatch Lodge - 3551 Escala Ct. The residences at The Hyatt Centric at Canyons Resort are very well appointed with all of the features one would expect of a luxury condominium resort. Solid wood doors, nine foot ceilings with crown moldings and custom base and case trim the edges. Stone fireplaces are found in the living areas and most master bedrooms. The kitchens have granite slab countertops and islands on knotty alder cabinets. Appliances are commercial grade Wolf, Sub Zero and Asko equipped. The master bathrooms have custom stone flooring, jetted tubs and frameless glass shower enclosures. One bedroom models start at 680 square feet, two bedroom lockout units range from 1185 to 1500 square feet. Three bedroom units range from 2000 to 2700 square feet most with lockout capabilities. Nine four bedroom units exist all with lockout capabilities. There are 23 different models in the 84 units of The Hyatt Centric Park City, so each unit offers its owners something different. While most have a lock-out capability, owners are not required to put their condominiums into the rental pool and the units themselves do not have the hotel type of feel that often accompanies lock-outs.
