Payday Condos

The Payday Condominiums at 1660 and 1700 Three Kings Dr. Park City, Utah 84060 are an Old Town area community of 51 townhome style residences located on the Park City Golf Course near the base of Park City Mountain Resort. This location represents prime Park City real estate.
Payday condominiums were an early addition to Park City real estate; built in thes 1970's. Payday consists of 15 three unit buildings plus 6 stand-alone units. The six stand alone models area perched next to the lake on the golf course adjacent to the 13th and 14th holes. The recent addition of the Silver Star lift at Park City Mountain Resort provides the Payday condominiums walk-to the lift's ski and snowboard access. For those that need to start at the base area, Park City's free local bus system is right out the front door, ready to take you anywhere in town.
Models within the Payday condominiums offer 3 and 4 bedroom models varying from 1350 to 2250 square feet. Units have vaulted ceilings and multiple levels. Construction during the 1970's did not commonly provide large great rooms and open areas, but more commonly had smaller spaces and rooms; Payday condominiums are no exception. Many have loft spaces and some have lock-out bedrooms. Indoor hot-tubs were common in the original construction. Many remodels have focused on upgrading energy efficiency (the design of the buildings raised above ground level can be problematic in terms of heating).
Payday has an active HOA which is managed by PMA Inc in Park City (435-655-7888). The community has few common area amenities outside of parking, landscaping, snow, and trash removal. Units enjoy a mature landscape nestled among trees with mountain and golf course views.
