The South Ridge community is located in the north western section of the Jeremy Ranch real estate area of Park City, Utah. This community sits on the bluff to the west of the second and third holes of the Jeremy Golf club with a moose hollow to the north. It is bordered by Highway 80 to the south and the new Woods of Parley's Lane to the west.
The South Ridge subdivision of Park City is comprised of the 82 single family homes located on Rasmussen Rd, Sunrise Dr, Southridge Dr, Southridge Ct, Hilltop Dr, and Hilltop Ct. There are 20 homes in this area that were part of the original Sunrise Hills subdivision that do not share the South Ridge subdivision designation. Lots in the South Ridge area vary from 0.17 to 0.43 acres.
The South Ridge subdivision of Jeremy Ranch has an active HOA that enforces the CC&R's of the area (mostly architectural guidelines) with a commitment to preserve property values and ensure consistent communication. The Home Owners Association maintains a website at SouthRidgeParkCity.org. The HOA collects modest dues to maintain the community tennis court, volleyball court and playground as well as some fire access roads.
The South Ridge area has great access to the Park City area and its three ski resorts - The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley - while still being an easy commute to Salt Lake City. The area has homes with great views, but some homes do hear the highway. This area represents a good Park City value with the benefits of strong CC&R's and an active HOA.
